Debbie began her real estate career as a single agent in the early ’80’s. Shortly thereafter, she built a successful team of administrative support staff, buyer specialists, and listing specialists that consistently assists 300 families each year with their real estate needs. With nearly 40 years of industry experience, there’s virtually no challenge her team hasn’t faced—and beaten—several times in the past.
Debbie is the receipient of many awards, including “Top 100 RE/MAX Agent,” “NAR Top 100 Agents and Teams,” and “RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award.” She is a Howard Brinton Star Power Systems Star and StarPower Executive Coach, an Allan Hainge CyberStar, and a Certified CRS Instructor for the Residential Sales Council. She is routinely interviewed as an industry expert, and was even profiled in the “Billion Dollar Agent” book. Debbie is a frequent speaker and trainer at national conventions and local venues on the business of real estate and achieveing a work/life balance.
Beyond awards, Debbie remains an active broker and holds many designations, including CLMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist, GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) as well as being certified by the International Coaching Federation. Debbie is also a Usui Reiki Master, a member of the Reiki Alliance, and a Certified Feng Shui Professional.
